All teams should pre-register in the week prior to play by submitting the completed application with tournament fee in full, a preliminary roster, and medical release forms for all participating players.
Final Check-In will be held on the Friday night prior to play at tournament headquarters at Berkshire Community College (BCC) between 6:00 and 8:00 pm.
All teams must check in and register prior to their first game at tournament headquarters.

Tournament medical release form for each player
A permission to travel form for out of state teams
Out of county teams can send their approved rosters and medical forms to the registrar through the mail if you won’t be in Pittsfield on Friday night, player pass cards would need to be presented before your first game.
